Minh Tran
Minh Tran finished his PhD in computational biology at Univeristy of Queensland, specializing in bioinformatics and computational biology. Prior to his PhD, he received the Master's degree in Electronic Engineering and Bachelor in Computer Science. Minh has a strong background in software engineering and research, with a particular focus on Natural Language Processing and Bioinformatics. His work has involved the development of computational methods to study cellular interactions using spatial-omics data and sequencing data. He has extensive experience in analyzing data from various spatial-omics platforms, including spatial transcriptomics and highly multiplexed immunohistochemistry, as well as single-cell RNA sequencing. Minh's research interests also focus on the translation of genomic profiles into clinical applications using artificial intelligence and machine learning approaches.
