Erica Patterson
Erica Patterson is a Senior Physiotherapist at Alfred Health (Melbourne, Victoria). Through her clinical work in inpatient haematology, oncology and kidney transplant she developed a keen interest in the allocation of public health resources to optimise efficiency and efficacy of care delivery and alleviate system burden. In 2023, Erica contributed to the development of a novel Kidney Transplant prehabilitation service, as well as a prehab and rehab service for haematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients. This year, Erica is establishing and implementing an integrative oncology and wellness service at the Paula Fox Melanoma and Cancer Center in Melbourne, whilst continuing to provide clinical outpatient services to stem cell transplant recipients. Erica is completing her Master of Public Health at the University of Sydney focusing on development and implementation of evidence informed health policy and service.
