Hayley Vasileff
Hayley Vasileff is the Lead Pharmacist for Paediatric Haematology & Oncology at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in South Australia. Hayley is an active member of many professional organisations and is currently on the Leadership Committee of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia Oncology and Haematology Specialty Stream and on the board of the Australian and New Zealand Children’s Haematology and Oncology Group. Hayley was credentialed as an Advanced Practice Pharmacist in 2019. Hayley’s areas of interest include chemotherapy and medication safety; clinical trials and medicines access for children; and optimizing cancer pharmacy services and education of cancer pharmacists.
